Ketamine therapy

A New Path Toward Healing

When traditional approaches haven't provided the relief you're seeking, ketamine-assisted therapy may offer a different way forward.

At Martin Healing Sanctuary, healing is shaped by more than treatment alone. It’s influenced by environment, design, and community—by the sense of being held in a space built for reflection, care, and reconnection.

We combine evidence-based ketamine therapy with therapeutic support and integration, creating a process that is intentional, supported, and grounded in real-world change. Not just symptom relief, but the possibility of shift—toward clarity, ease, and a more connected sense of self.

What Is Ketamine Therapy?

Ketamine therapy is an innovative approach to mental health and emotional healing that combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with intentional clinical support and integrative care. Originally developed as an anesthetic, ketamine has been studied extensively for its ability to help relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other treatment-resistant conditions - often more rapidly than traditional medications alone.

At Martin Sanctuary, we approach ketamine therapy as part of a larger healing process. Treatment is guided by experienced practitioners in a calm, supportive environment designed to promote safety, reflection, and meaningful transformation.

KAP isn’t about numbing or avoiding emotions. It’s a structured, medically supervised process designed to support safety, reflection, and integration. Each experience is guided by licensed professionals trained in this work. For those feeling stuck, KAP may offer a clinically grounded path toward clarity, healing, and lasting change.

Rather than simply reducing symptoms, ketamine therapy may help create space for new perspectives, emotional processing, and deeper connection to oneself.

Treatment begins with readiness—not dosing. Psychological stability, emotional capacity, coping skills, and support systems are assessed before ketamine is introduced to ensure the work unfolds safely and meaningfully.

Is It Right For Me?

Ketamine therapy may be appropriate for individuals experiencing:

  • Depression or persistent low mood

  • Anxiety or chronic overwhelm

  • PTSD or unresolved trauma

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • Treatment-resistant mental health conditions

  • Difficulty finding relief through traditional approaches alone

Every person’s experience is different. Our process begins with a thoughtful consultation and evaluation to determine whether ketamine therapy is a safe and supportive fit for your needs.

Martin Sanctuary is committed to creating a compassionate, informed, and grounded experience where healing can unfold at your own pace.

Treatment Types

We offer several approaches to ketamine therapy depending on each individual’s goals, medical history, and treatment plan.

Intranasal/spravato

Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved, prescription nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression.

Oral (lozenge) ketamine

Oral (lozenge) ketamine is kept in the mouth and is absorbed through the tissues of the mouth. With lower absorption than IV or IM options, this is an option that is less invasive and can be easily combined with talk therapy. It can also provide a more gradual and paced experience, and is a great option for a first step into ketamine assisted therapy.

IV Ketamine Infusions

Intravenous (IV) ketamine allows for precise dosing and a carefully monitored experience. IV treatment is commonly used for depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and treatment-resistant conditions.

IM Ketamine Therapy

Intramuscular (IM) ketamine is administered through injection and offers a flexible, effective treatment option that can pair well with psychotherapy and integrative care.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

This approach combines ketamine treatment with therapeutic support before, during, and after the experience to encourage deeper emotional processing and integration.

Integrative & Wellness Support

Healing is rarely one-dimensional. Clients may choose to complement treatment with therapy, mindfulness practices, yoga, movement, nutrition support, and other wellness offerings available through our practitioner community.
